Schneider is a Chartered Insurer and an associate member of the Chartered Insurance Institute, UK and the Chartered Insurance Institute, Ghana. She holds Bachelor’s Degree in Insurance (BSC. Insurance) from the University of Ghana Business School and a Master’s Degree in Finance from Coventry University, UK.
Prior to her joining Hedge Risk Consult, she was a Senior Banking Office at Access Bank Plc where among other things, she deputized the head of Bancassurance and had the oversight responsibility of training bank staff on insurance policies and sales, coordinating insurance partnerships and providing technical assistance for Insurance business.
Also, prior to working with Access, she worked with Crown Insurance Brokers as Head of the Technical Department where she managed the technical business unit spanning; bancassurance partnerships and insurance portfolios of Large Schedule, Corporate and Individual clients as well as claims. She was also the Principal Officer who ensured compliance to business ethics at Crown.
She is currently the Secretary for the Chartered Insurance Ladies Association of Ghana and has a wealth of experience from working in the industry for over thirteen years.
